As Business Manager for the Amy Owens Team, Kim brings her deep experience and expertise in the financial services industry, high sense of urgency and relentless pursuit of operational excellence to the team. After two years in the retail banking sector with Chemical Bank, Kim transitioned to Human Resources where she partnered with Senior Executives in Chase Ops/IT to optimize human capital, streamline operations and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Kim's reputation for cutting through bureaucracy and strong business acumen resulted in her being tapped to partner with Investment Banking and Private Equity Executives during the Chase/JPMorgan merger. Kim spent five years with JPMorgan's Private Equity group, JPMorgan Partners, working on M&A due diligence and partnering across the globe with venture capital and middle market private equity groups. After 15 years in financial services, Kim left the corporate world and co-founded Lifelong Learning Academy, LLC, a learning center focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math for children ages 4-14. After six successful years as a small business owner, Kim obtained her real estate license and created a transaction management business performing transaction management for high performing real estate teams and agents. At the end of 2020, Kim pivoted and joined the Amy Owens Team focusing on delivering an exceptional experience to buyers and sellers.
