Having moved five times during the first eight years of her marriage, Laurie learned first-hand about buying and selling homes. Following a successful career in retail management and sales, Laurie was looking for a new opportunity that would allow her to utilize her negotiating, marketing and customer service skills. With the memory of her home buying and selling experiences still fresh, Laurie realized that real estate would be a perfect fit and in 2005, she launched her very successful, client-focused real estate career.

By her second year in business, Laurie had become a top selling agent. Today, in addition to being a top producer, she is a highly respected expert on the New Jersey local real estate market, assisting over 120 families with their real estate needs in just the past 3 years. Her experience, depth of knowledge and commitment to helping others has made her not only a huge asset to clients, but also has made her a role model and mentor to newer agents.

A growing segment of the real estate market is homeowners who have been in their homes for 20 years or more. From working with many of them over the years, Laurie has learned that there are needs specific to these homeowners. In order to serve these homeowners better, Laurie became a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and launched the downsizing division for the Sue Adler Team.
